My favourite fruit is around and i just had to pay tribute to it!

 Let me educate you guys on how to identify the best mandarin

1.  It must bear the brand name sticker “Gaypak”.  I am serious, a fellow mandarin lover and i concluded that this is the best brand around.
2.  It must be a BRIGHT ORANGE colour.  It cannot be a dark orange colour or even the orange colour that is leaning towards the red side.
3.  The skin must not be tight fitting around the mandarin.  It should look like the skin is healthy but isn’t perfectly round like an orange.  If the skin is tight like and orange then a big… XXXXXX
4.  As you peel the skin off it must come off VERY EASILY.   I’m talking about that fact that you can peel ALL the skin off at once if you wanted to try and it wouldnt be an effort!  There should b a pocket of air between the fruit and the skin
5.  The pieces of mandarin should peel apart of each other rare ripping the skin around each piece
6.  As you bright into a piece of mandarin little to no juice should leak out from the mandarin.  You should beable to peel that clear membrane off the mandarine and have the inside part still in tack with NO juice leakage!
7.  The meat of the fruit shouldn’t be so hard it feels like its a bit frozen, or so soft that juice leaks out of it as you bite.

These are the characteristics of the perfect mandarin.  As you can tell i Love the stuff!
